Claud is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist. During his years in practice he has helped many clients achieve their objectives. By using massage techniques he is able to reduce the incidents of both sport and work related injuries. When injuries do occur he is able to reduce the rehabilitation period so that clients can resume their normal training and work sooner.

Claud’s massage includes trigger point release techniques, deep tissue massage. By its very nature all massage includes to a greater or lesser extent an element of relaxation. In certain cases manual lymphatic drainage is used to reduce inflammation and to increase joint mobility.

Besides his massage qualifications he also has his Certificates 3 and 4 in Personal Training and Fitness so he does understand your needs and your training requirements.

As this practice is a recognised practice, health insurance rebates may apply depending on the level of cover.
