Class Fitness Timetable

 

We at Ormond Health and Fitness wish to extend an invitation for you to enjoy our Studio, with access to over 40 classes per week.We offer a wide variety of classes, each with different focus and fitness levels.

We now have early morning classes! Train before you catch the train!

Please be sure to book for all classes, just to make sure you get a spot!

Class Description 

Zumba - Ditch the routine and come join the party! The all new dance craze that is sweeping the planet! come and join the party!

Les Mills --BODY ATTACK-    Is the sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina!

Spin-Cycle in a group, to great music, a great fat burner.

  

P.B- Weights to music in aerobic format, an adaption on power bar.

 

Prana Yoga- Literally translated as energy yoga. An upbeat yoga, with a focus on energy and breath work.

 

Dru Yoga- Gentle flowing movements to strengthen your body, relax your mind and open your heart.         

Based on ancient techniques, refined for the modern world.

 

Bootcamp- Early morning madness, a class to make you sweat. Based on outdoor training techniques.

 

Punch- Boxing class focussing on upper body and cardio fitness.

 

Go-Laties- Pilates with a bit of go. A bit more energy and a bit more bounce.

 

Yo-Laties- The best of yoga and pilates all in the one class.

 

Kung-Fit- Martial arts to music in an aerobic format.

 

X-Funk- Funky upbeat cross training class.

 

Burn- Burn fat with an aerobic format. X-training with a difference.

 

Cardio Funk- An aerobic/cardio workout with funky dance moves.
